Pru's Update - January 2010

Hi there and welcome to the wonderful web page of Bimblegumbie Mountain Lodge

After a lovely and very busy time with guests for the Christmas and New Year holiday season,  we now have time to take quick trips to Lake Jindabyne where the temperature of the Lake is just so wonderfully refreshing on these warm to hot days - the evenings are deliciously cool and then the  stars come out in force.   We have noticed this summer that there is an abundance of birdlife around, probably the same as every other year but they are really very lyrical and I have even found some new varieties that I did not know were here.  Also, the wildflowers are out in abundance in the mountains and the walks are very popular as usual.  One way to get away from it all. 

If you feel the call of the mountains when it is not too busy or for any special occasion, just let me know what you are looking for and I am always happy to help.
