The Little House - Self Contained
The Little House is perfect for a private getaway being totally separate and self contained with a Kitchen, modern groovy bathroom, bedroom down stairs with a Queen bed and a large separate loft above with a queen and a single bed. All beds are quite luxurious with colourful top quality linen and doonas. The kitchen and dining area have a view to a private garden with seating and with views down the valley.
The Little House is priced for three (3) people and can accommodate up to five (5) people.
Black and White - Art House
The Black and White room is one of the three individually designed and styled bedrooms in the “Art House”. There are two double beds and a single bed. One double bed is elevated in a loft. All beautiful linen and down doonas and super topped beds are supplied.
The Black and White room has a small kitchenette equipped with all you need to keep satisfied however the larger kitchen facilities in the main guest house will help you out to cook up the bigger feasts.
The Black and White room shares a bathroom with one other room, right beside it.
The Black and White room is priced for two (2) people and will sleep up to 5. Any extras are at a minimal charge. Guests are very welcome to enjoy all the facilities, different relaxing areas and amenities of the Arthouse as well.
The Bungalow - Self Contained
The Bungalow is totally private and self contained with two bathrooms, two bedrooms, loft and a wonderfully warm fireplace. One bedroom has a Queen size bed, the other has a Queen and two single beds. All are super comfortable with toppings, luxurious doonas, linen and towels. There are two single beds in a loft in the main room.
The living room and kitchen look out over the valley with a private terrace and bush lands featuring a large outdoor banquet table.
The Bungalow is priced for five (5) people and can accommodate eight (8) people.
The Penthouse - Self Contained
The Penthouse welcomes the weary travellers or adventurers with its relaxed open plan style and wonderful Super King size bed, a single bed. and sofa bed. The beds are luxurious with down doonas and super quality linen and towels. There is a beautifully equipped kitchenette with gourmet utensils and basic commodities, together with Pod coffee machine. A modern bathroom with gorgeous tiles. As a Penthouse, it is in elevated position with a terrace overlooking the gardens, sculptures and bush land.
The Penthouse is priced for two (2) people and can accommodate up to four (4) people.
The Studio - Self Contained
The Studio is an inviting ground floor private apartment, with a beautifully equipped kitchen, gourmet utensils and basic commodities provided. Bathroom and a wonderful feather topped King size bed with luxury linen, pillows and towels. The main room has views of the bush land and landscaped gardens below. Underfloor heating for the winter.
The Studio is situated across the driveway from the Arthouse where guests are very welcome to enjoy the ambience of the House as well during their stay.
The Studio is priced for two (2) people and will accommodate 3 with a sofa bed.
Blue Room - Art House
The Blue room is one of the three individually designed and styled bedrooms within the Arthouse with access to a bright TV/ Sun room, pool table and games room.
The Arthouse is a relaxed open plan living area with some hiding nooks perfect to relax and read a book in.
The Blue room shares a bathroom with one other room, right beside it.
Arthouse guests have access to the fully equipped kitchens.
The Blue room is priced for two (2) people. Any extras are at a minimal charge.

Kosciuszko National Park Entrance Gates
Fees apply for entry into the national park. Bimblegumbie is placed almost perfectly, only 10 minutes away from the Alpine Way Park entrance where you can either use the SkiTube through the mountain to Perisher or continue on to Thredbo which is only an extra 33km.
If you enjoy driving and taking the scenic route, return to Jindabyne and follow the Kosciuszko Road 33km to enter Perisher.
Lake Jindabyne
Lake Jindabyne is the center for a lot of water sports in the warmer seasons. Take time to visit the lake with a friend, furry or not and check out the offerings, some of which are sailing, wake boarding and fishing.
Wild Brumby Distillery
Just across the valley, a leisurely 15 minute stroll, will find you enjoying one of the draw cards of the mountains, the Wildbrumby Distillery. Enjoy the locally made warming schnapps or gin with a group of friends any time of the day.
Crackenback Farm Restaurant
Not everyone is lucky enough to have a sensational restaurant right next door, but with Crackenback Farm Restaurant only a short five minute walk away we can say we are very lucky indeed.
Jodie Evans makes sure everything you consume is carefully selected and prepared. Enjoy delicious meals paired with fine wine for very reasonable prices.

Skitube from Alpine Way to Perisher
Skitube is a train that goes from the Alpine Way, through the mountain to the Perisher Resort. Great for cross country, downhill and snowboarding. A very popular resort. The Skitube save you the drama of driving in the snow when it is on the road.
Horseriding at Pender Lea
Nev offers an excellent horse riding experience with many different horses and trails. Perfect for an afternoon of adventure in the highlands, trying out your snowy mountains skills head just around the corner.
Perisher Ski Resort
An excellent ski resort for many different levels of downhill and cross country skiers and snowboarders, walkers to Mt. Kosciuszko in the summer and the Highlands of Australia.
